a net of air
shades of whispers
that kiss of the unseen
barely felt
becoming
the joyous search
afraid
to sleep in the dark
a surrounding tension
when there is no picture
like the one never painted
like a vesper
unseen
the shadow of a whisper
or a gray evening
a night overcast
that vesper unseen
a picture never painted
ventriloquism
unheard
a gauze
a shadow
from a place
a joyous search
in the shadows of whispers
that is a silence
barely felt
