IN THE BLINK OF A MIST
maybe now I can
sleep
having consumed all
the sheep
silencing the bleep
of little bo-peep
shadows aren’t
silent
with a ringing ear
like a bell clear
from a distant fog
an offset
disturbance
turning a blind eye
to the mist
makes unseen echoes
lamps of imagination
calls of unseen
images
allusions that
allure
silent are the
delusions of mists
in curls of a dark
breeze
floating pins
masks of water and
echoes
