TIC-TOC
the
tic-toc of time
slips
by
a windstorm like it isn't there
windstorm
rips and rails
in defiance
as
the time vanishes
taking
moments that vanish
to memories
exposed
and fanning out
an
unsheathed preparation
like
a steam reaching up
to
a mist from below
laying
across from a feeling
too
soon missing the top
and
hitting the floor
raging
storm
slapping
at time
pounding
windstorm
whipping
the earth
peeling
away the mountains
to
only fade into the ether
existing
no more
and
no less
storm
and time
both
are and are not
